If you join the health and safety community, you will likely have to sign a none disclosure agreement, and become part of the pack, part of the system that harassed and abused you, for some this is an easy choice, for others an impossible one. If you can't afford a lawyer, have a job, then joining the unholy alliance, might be a choice for some. Workers have a right to know about dangers that they might be exposed to in the workplace, and to be trained on how to protect themselves. Thus the hand signals and so forth.

What is Gang Stalking.

A Simple Definition

Under Occupational Health and Safety laws, individuals are being
flagged and placed on community notification lists. This is happening
without the targets knowledge. In many countries these community
notifications are being used by companies and others to target innocent
individuals such as whistle-blowers, the outspoken, etc. In conjunction
with these notifications, companies and others are in some cases using
a practice that was used in the former soviet union called the
psychiatric reprisal. This is used as a means of retaliation,
blacklisting, silencing, or controlling members of society. Once on the
notification system, warnings about the targets are sent out to every
individual the target comes in contact with, thus poisoning their
associations, and socially annexing the targeted individual.

Legal

Contact a Privacy Lawyer, Labour Lawyer, and try Human Rights Lawyers
and Organizations. Freedom Of information requests can be sent to the
Privacy Commissioners, former employers, there is a time limitation for
the requests.

Health and Safety at Work

Many targets if they wish to become citizen informants can go to Human
Resources and request to be on the Health and Safety Team.

Workers have the right to know how to protect themselves. This will
mean being trained in health and safety standards. This will also
likely mean signing the none disclosure agreement and then becoming a
part of this group in many cases that were following targets around.

Many targets may not choose this path, but for others this might be a
simple solution for stopping some of what is happening. It is a choice
that some targets might wish to consider. If you can avoid this and
seek legal options first, this might be the better choice. Stay free.

Mentally Ill by Remote Assessment

"The web site for Michael H. Corcoran, Ph.D. & Associates, Inc.,
for example, asks: “Will the expert you consult be willing to render an
opinion of dangerousness and be willing to put it in writing?” and
“Will the expert be willing to do this without interviewing the subject
personally?”

Some psychiatrists in the field doubt that any reliable judgment can be made without interviewing the subject."

LessEMF

http://www.lessemf.com

A website that sells products for blocking electronic attacks.

http://www.Harassment101.com/A.....icle5.html

"After leaving the Public Health Service in 1994, Soeken established
Integrity International to assist whistleblowers in the private sector.
Since then, he has testified as an expert witness in seventy
psychiatric reprisal lawsuits. Soeken warns anyone who will listen not
to trust the company psychiatrist.

“If you assume the doctor is concerned about your health and
well-being, you’ve made a deadly assumption,” he says. “They are
looking for any phrase or evidence they can use against you to
stereotype you as schizophrenic, paranoid, or delusional.”

The guide goes over Jane clift in brief, Canadian and American systems. Plus it covers the psychiatric reprisal, which is what happened in Russia. It's very brief and can be read in a couple of minutes. Then if people wish to do further reading they can do so at their leisure.

The Occupational Safety and Health Act is the primary federal

It has been posted in several other parts of this forum, but for to clarify. The Occupational Health and Safety Laws are being used to place targets on community notification lists. Thus targets should seek lawyers that deal with Labour, Occupational Health and Safety, Privacy Lawyers, and you are welcome to still try to engage the Human Rights Lawyers.

Freedom Of Information Act Requests should be aimed towards the Occupational Health and Safety departments. The addresses for the U.S. government, and several other governments have been listed, along with how to send out proper freedom of information act requests.

Thank you for taking the time to do a quick search on the forum.

Coping

Covert investigations are about power and control. It's about suppression and censorship. Squashing dissidence. Overnight the target of these investigations will wake up and litterally find themselves enemies of the state, and the agents of the state. Their lives will be disrupted in unspeakable ways, and their livelyhoods. Many targets are broken to the point where they have very limited means of survival. This makes targets prime for suicide, false instituationalization, arrest, instigated car accidents, other accidents, or just assassination meant to look like an accident.

Being harassed in this way is a psychological battle that many targets are not ready for, and have to be ready for, if they are to survive. Survival also becomes more than just a psychological battle, because their lives are interfared with. These people will try to get them removed from their jobs, so they have no means of income or support. They will try to get them ostracisedin their communities, with former friends and family. It will psychologically, and emotionally feel like the world is against you, and because so many people are taking part in this activity, that assessment will not be too far from the truth.

Survival will become a game of skill, craft, and a lot of luck. Don't discount prayers. Many of the targeted that I have encountered had a profound faith in God and many seem to be very intellegent people.

Live your life to the best of your ability.

Stay in control. It's your life and not their life.

Try to meditate and pray as you start your day.

Continue with your normal activities as best as possible.

Try not to loose your temper in public. This is what they want. In public stay as calm and serene as possible.

They have observed you, now it's your time to observe them. They have limited functions, once you tune into what they are doing, you can outsmart them.

Do not interact with them to the best of your ability. They crave the attention and interaction with targets. Try not to give it to them.

If you start to fight back and they increase the attacks at first, that's normal. Keep at it, be persistent. You will wear them down.

Do research on Gas-lighting, Cointelpro, Stasi secret police, psychopaths, cults, mobbing. Read books, watch movies, learn how they work.

Keep a journal of what's happening.

Rebuild your social circle. The way this works is by putting you into exile. The thing that you want to do is rebuild a social circle. If you live in a small town, try to find maybe someone in another town, or someone who is not taking part in the gang stalking. This works by cutting of your network, the best defence is to try to build or rebuild a network.

Make people aware of what is happening. This works well in silence. However in small towns this works because too many people are taking part. Go online if you have to, start a blog, call people on the phone. Do an awareness campaign. Get the word out.
