Gang Stalking United

I have just learned I was being stalked. I know it came to pass from an ex girlfreind who said she would make my life hell if I left. Little did know what she meet. She has had me under surrvalliance even befor I left her. This was five years ago she is ex-airforce and I have noticed alot of veteran tags following me. thats not all there have been masons in on it also. The people that have been following me car tags are many pennsylvania, ohio, Ky, NC, florida, South Carolina, are the most of them oh also Ontario after reading on this type of stalking and saw Canada it was really weird. My old job as a vending machine salesman I would find Canadian Quaters in places inside wherte you could only put one at, it could not have fallen up two feet so they were in on my work. What I want to know is about poisoning, and what kinds there, my ex poisoned me I could not hardly move I hurt so bad all over that I went to a Doctor for pain meds. (her Doc) which he prescribed over the PHONE which I thought was strange (oxycodone) which was a pain med she took, also something was being put into my change boxes in the form of a Brown powder that made me feel weird and my face is always red and sore like a burn and something was put in my truck that made my teth hurt or feel like acid on the nerves and fillings not acid but electric. This all sounds weird but it happened and when I tried I said I know this sounds crazy but they just agreed and said needed some counsling all this is cointelpro gas-lighting and the such. It has made me mad so what do I do to stop this?
